Friends and families of Sand Point,
After we had to postpone and then cancel last year's event due to the pandemic, we are having it this year! We are gathering in person at the Seattle Yacht Club for Sand Point Elementary PTA's major spring fundraiser on Saturday, June 5, 2021! The entire event will be outdoors (except for the bathrooms).
This year’s event, Let's Rock This Boat, is a Yacht Rock themed benefit concert, featuring our incredibly talented staff band, The Sand Point SuperFonics. This will be their Farewell Show! Let's wish them a classy Bon Voyage for their final performance.
All crucial funds raised will go to the PTA Fund to pay for supplemental curriculum and for school enrichment activities such as music, art, field trips, classroom grants, library books, school supplies, PE and recess equipment, classroom grants, the Family Support Program, and more.
With the generous support of you and others, we hope to reach our goal of raising $100,000 to benefit each and every student at Sand Point Elementary.
We haven't gathered for two years so let's make this a night to remember! Let's Rock This Boat will be a night unlike any other (certainly unlike any other school fundraiser!) –a nearly all inclusive night of eating, drinking, a live performance by the Sand Point SuperFonics, raffle baskets, wine pull, and more! It’ll be another awesome night coming together to celebrate and fundraiser for the students and staff of Sand Point Elementary!
Nautical / yacht rock attire is encouraged!
We are offering attendees a complimentary commemorative Let's Rock This Boat bottle of sparking wine. Registration will close for good on Wednesday, May 26. Don't miss out on one of everyone's favorite events of the year!
